The Pinto-Storey is situated at the City centre in the heart of Chiaia area, which located between the Old Centre and sea side road, on the corner between Via Martucci and Piazza Amedeo, to everyone “the drawing room of Naples“.
The Chiaia area is very attractive from an artistic and cultural point of view, for shopping and leisure.
A few steps are in fact Via dei Mille, where is the PAN – Palazzo delle Arti Napoli – Documentation Centre for Contemporary Arts, and the famous and elegant Via Filangieri, Via Calabritto and Piazza dei Martiri, where are located all the Made in Italy fashion shops and the most prestigious antique shops.
Also in a few minutes walk you can reach the Zoological Station “Anton Dohrn” (where is contained the Aquarium) located in the Villa Comunale, Villa Pignatelli in Via Riviera di Chiaia, the Bourbon Gallery in Via Morelli, one of the most fascinating routes of the underground Naples circuit, and Castel dell’Ovo in Borgo Marinari in Via Partenope; in about twenty minutes instead you can reach Piazza Plebiscito where there are the Royal Palace, San Carlo Theatre and Umberto I Gallery.
The accommodation has a highly strategic position: from Piazza Amedeo’s subway Line 2 stop for fast access to the Central Station of Piazza Garibaldi, Mergellina and Campi Flegrei Station (Oltremare Exhibition and San Paolo Stadium stop), Piazza Cavour (Ancient City Center – Old Town -, National Archaeological Museum and subway Line 1 stop) and Pozzuoli.
From Piazza Cavour’s subway Line 1 stop can reach Piazza Municipio, Port of Naples stop to reach Capri, Ischia and Procida islands and Sorrento.
Tourists can reach Piazza Vanvitelli al Vomero with the Chiaia cable railway found in Via del Parco Margherita. Here, Castel Sant’Elmo and St. Martin’s Charterhouse, some of the most beautiful monuments of Naples, rise up in their glory, and the hospital area.
How to reach us
From Naples Airport take the Alibus “Airport-Central Station-Port” and get off in Central Station (Piazza Garibaldi); take Line 2 on the subway in the direction of Pozzuoli and get off in Piazza Amedeo (third stop).
From the Central Station take Line 2 on the subway in the direction of Pozzuoli and get off in Piazza Amedeo (third stop).
From the Mergellina Station take Line 2 on the subway in the direction of Gianturco and get off in Piazza Amedeo (first stop).
From the Port take Line 1 on the subway in the direction of Piscinola and get off in Museo (third stop); take Line 2 on the subway in the direction of Pozzuoli and get off in Piazza Amedeo (second stop).
From the Highway take the ring road and come off at “Fuorigrotta” following signs for: Piazzale Tecchio, Via Giulio Cesare. After going through the Posillipo Tunnel, from Piazza Sannazzaro, continue along Via Caracciolo (Seafront), Piazza Vittoria, Riviera di Chiaia, Piazza S. Pasquale, Via Carducci, Via Dei Mille, and finally Piazza Amedeo.
